  If unusual perennials make your heart beat faster you must plan to visit us! Though we search for unusual new varieties each year, you can find all of your old favorites here as well. We carry quart and gallon sized perennials- a price for every pocketbook.

With 175 varieties of daylilies, you're sure to find a color and price to make you happy. We carry a great selection of hostas, from the familiar green and white to the newest blue and gold tones. Our customers tell us our fern selection is unbeatable. We also have many other shade plants you might not be familiar with. Our extensive selection of perennial salvias will provide long-lasting color and attract hummingbirds as well.

In April, you will find the best selection of herbs in Tidewater. We also look for new and unusual annuals to pair with your old favorites. Visit our pond department in spring for a great selection of water plants and fish. We have an enormous selection of perennials for any look you're after, including a tropical one. Remember that if you don't find what you want when you visit us, we'll do our best to locate it for you.

Acanthus- 'Summer Beauty' is a great new hybrid- very showy and heat tolerant

Asarum- We have several varieties of this wonderful but under used groundcover for shade

Alstroemeria- 'Sweet Laura', one of the hardiest, has yellow blooms. NEW 'Freedom' has unusual pinkish red blooms with a yellow blotch.

Helianthus- angustifolius 'First Light'- Choice! Very showy late-blooming yellow daisy which is shorter than the species. No mid-summer pruning!
